Hmm ... Lets see ... Netball camp was obviously exhausting.
Day 1
I met Aliyah at PPS bus stop and went 3 minutes late to the reporting area. We started training right away without any breakfast. As usual, we had to run 12 rounds and do the normal straight shuttle and 45 degree shuttle. frm 8 to 12 trainin afte trainin afte trainin... at 12 we had our lunch 2 pieces of chicken wings and nugget.. ony one nugget.. how stingy.. then we go bath cos we all stinked like hell.. then we watched a movie bout basketball (coach carter). The movie is damn nice and shows that without teamwork nothing can happen. After that we had our revision period, 2 hours i did nothing but doodling. After that, back to training from 4 to 7. Then we had our dinner and then go bathe. Who will give 1 hr to eat and bathe? (Dont bathe properly lor!) But i did. Bushyy was very famous amongst ppl ! After that all go sleep. Good night ! (:
Day 2
Woke up at 7 and washed up and had breakfast which was twiggies againn ! After that , we had training from 8 - 12. Er, then the normal bathe and eat . Wished olivia and izzah were there, to make things more fun. The coach brought her rabbit with her and its so damn cute ! its 4 years old and its very furry, cute cute one ! (And , i cant rmbr what happened)
Day 3
We ran around the whole school , i tell you , i was dead after that ! First level, ten rounds. After that, 100 jumping jacks. Then, second level, 10 rounds again. After that, sit up then third level another 10 rounds and 50 push ups. Fourth level had to run 10 times up and down and up down the stairs. (first level to fourth level is one time) . Then break camp cause raining.
